The sheer quantity of communication that occurs within a University is something that most CRM systems can't accurately capture. Conversations and work often happen in out-of-band channels such as email and research projects, so we built a system for the Research and Knowledge Transfer arm of the University of Exeter to allow them to get a holistic view of their engagements with their clients.
